Magnetizing an Ork Flyer, Part Two

I love it when a plan comes together! Last night I completed magnetizing my Ork flyer's Blitza-Bommer configuration, and it was even easier than the Dakkajet (described in Part One).
Bombs away!

The Boom Bombs that define a Blitza-Bommer have 3 tabs that fit into the angled wing section - two rectangular, and one round between them. The round tab seemed like the ideal candidate for the magnet mounting point, but the hole into which it inserts opens into the cavity of the wing, and the hole is just a hair smaller than a 1/8" magnet. First, I reamed out the hole to a proper 1/8" to accomdate the magnet. Then, to give the magnet a proper mounting surface, I kneaded some greenstuff into a thin tube and pressed it into the hole. I then pressed a 1/8" x 1/16" disk magnet into place, flush with the wing. On the bomb, I simply snipped a little of the round tab and glued on a 1/8" x 1/32" disk magnet.

The magnet is flush inside the round hole.

The bomb's magnet gets glued on top of the trimmed round tab.

Here's the bomb mounted on the plane.
Once all the glue was dry, I took all of the parts outside for a quick hit with some primer. On the body I used a Krylon red (rust, not fire engine) primer; on the rest of the parts I used Duplicolor sandable black. I'll snap pictures of that when I start painting... tomorrow?
